Our online store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and is accessible from the privacy of your home or office at any time that is most suitable for you.

Order by Fax

If you are a traditionalist or don’t have access to the Internet, and you know exactly what you would like to purchase, you can fax your order to us. Be sure to include the following necessary, information in your fax. Your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, the products and quantities you would like to order as well as your credit card type, number and expiry date.

After receiving your faxed order, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to confirm we received and processed your order. They may also contact you to gather any additional information that may be required to complete your purchase.

Some clients feel uncomfortable with the idea of transmitting personal information over the Internet and other clients may just not have access to the Internet. Discreet Packaging

To further protect your privacy, all orders from Safe and Clean™ are shipped in plain packaging with no indication as to the nature or contents of the package. The word ‘condom’ will not appear anywhere on the package. Our corporate name, The Intimacy Kit™ by safe and Clean™, is used for the return address. Daily Shipping

At Safe and Clean™, packages are shipped daily, Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays. All orders are processed and shipped the next business day for products that are in stock. Orders for ‘out of stock products’ are usually shipped within 10 business days.

Shipping Methods

All packages to Canadian destinations are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost service. They are usually delivered in 1-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery to remote destinations, including northern territories will require additional time.

Shipments to U.S. destinations are sent via U.S Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) and are usually delivered in 4-10 business days depending on your location. Tracking numbers are not included for shipments to the U.S.

Additional shipping methods such as Courier delivery may be added to our list of services in the future.

Due to the fraud protection services we have implemented, orders paid for by credit cards can be shipped only to the billing address appearing on the credit card statements.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs may vary as it is based on the weight of the overall package. The charge for shipping most packages is approximately $6.99 Cdn. This cost includes packaging, handling and shipping charges. The exact cost will be calculated at the time you ‘Check Out’.

Note to International Shoppers

For international orders, the product description “Health Care Products” will be printed on the customs tag. International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties imposed by the destination country on incoming shipments from Canada.
