RETURN POLICY

Our customer’s satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order or the products you’ve purchased from us, Contact Us immediately upon receipt of your order. Be especially sure to notify us right away if your order is damaged or incorrect.

Any unopened, unused items that are still in their original packaging, can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange, credit or a full refund. For health and hygienic reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Be sure to include your name, email address, order number or a copy of the receipt that was shipped with your order, and a brief description of the reason why you are returning the product. This information will assist us in ensuring the credit or refund is returned to the right person and provides us with feedback on how we can improve our service.
